Life of an Emote

This is my entry for the dA Emoticomics contest ^^ It took me most of two days to finish and I must say, I'm glad it's done. I tend to have a problem working on 'big' images, but since this really are several small images, I managed to finish it anway P:

The idea for this kinda came when I realised that a vast majority of the emotes in my gallery were made for project purposes o.o

I'll give you all some explanations for each panel..
#1 : It's the title and out beloved main character, the Emote.
#2 : Sort introduction that I felt was neccessary for those not so familiar with the emoticonist community.
#3 : Emote is trying really hard to keep the tower steady, while Mr. Green over there is having more and more doubts about why he actually decided to join this particular project.
#4 : Emote is being dragged along by a launched missile.
#5 : Ah, the tard.. the adorable, drooling, better-place-them-somewhere-safe version of the Emote.
#6 : Playing with magic can be so much fun,
#7 : 'cause everybody loves a good explosion every once in a while. (Explosion made with help from `bad-blood's tutorial: [link])
#8 : Well, random falling object aren't really all that uncommon..
#9 : This is the nice, calm void the Emote lives in when he's not so busy doing his job. 'Living' might just be a bit overrated in this case though.
#10 : A well-deserverd holiday is what every Emote needs and as long as they're having fun, who cares it's really just another job.
